Candidate profile

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of CRM tools, Complaint handling, Active listening and Typing speed
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are customer-first and polite

Roles and responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.

Salary

Compensation: ₹26,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
