Ontact Customers Through Telecalling To Promote Personal Loan And Overdraft Services. Provide Product Information, Assess Customer Requirements, Resolve Objections, And Guide Them Through The Loan Application. Meet Daily Sales Targets, Update Crm Data, And Maintain Professional Customer Interactions.

What you will do

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
