Resolving Queries And Issue Related To The Products And Services .Asking Questions To The Customer And Understanding Their Specification. Must Have Cold Calling Experience.

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Verbal communication, Complaint handling, Typing speed, Hindi and English
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹16,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
