Resolving Queries And Issues Related To The Products And Services. Must Have Experience In Team Handling As Well As Cold Calling.

Day-to-day work

• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
