Team Handling. Must Have Experience In Loan/Overdraft Telesales. Handling The Clients And The Leads Generated By The Team. Following Up With The Clients Regarding Their Case And Other Procedures. Resolving Queries And Issues Related To The Products And Services. Must Have Experience In Team Handling As Well As Cold Calling.

What you will do

As a Team Leader Loan Sales, your work will include:

• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Compensation

Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹38,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Active listening, Verbal communication, Complaint handling and Hindi and English
• Basic English
