Must Have Experience In Loan/Overdraft Telesales. Handling The Clients And The Leads Generated By Calling Following Up With The Clients Regarding Their Case And Other Procedures. Resolving Queries And Issue Related To The Products And Services .Asking Questions To The Customer And Understanding Their Specification. Must Have Cold Calling Experience.

The salary for this role is ₹15,500 – ₹38,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Skills and qualifications

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Typing speed, CRM tools, Active listening and Verbal communication
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone patient and polite
