Handle Outbound Calls And Explain Personal Loan Products And Services. Pitch Personal Loan/Overdraft Offers To Customers And Generate Leads. Collect And Update Customer Information And Other Relevant Details. Understand Customer Needs By Asking The Right Questions. Must Have Good Communication Skills.

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Typing speed, Complaint handling, Hindi and English and Active listening
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A patient, customer-first attitude

What you will do

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹36,000 per month.
