Responsibilities Include End-To-End Recruitment, Sourcing Via Job Portals, Candidate Screening, Interview Coordination, Maintaining Databases And Trackers, Handling Social Media, And Assisting With Attendance And Hr Documentation. Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.
