Collect And Update Customer Information And Other Relevant Details. Understand Customer Needs By Asking The Right Questions. Must Have Good Communication Skills.

Roles and responsibilities

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Skills and qualifications

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, CRM tools, Active listening and Hindi and English
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone customer-first and patient

Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
