Your responsibilities

As a Loan Calling, your work will include:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Compensation

You will be paid ₹16,000 – ₹38,000 per month.
