Must Have Experience In Loan/Overdraft Telesales. Handling The Clients And The Leads Generated By Calling Following Up With The Clients Regarding Their Case And Other Procedures. Resolving Queries And Issues Related To The Products And Services. Must Have Experience In Cold Calling. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Skills: Complaint handling, CRM tools, Hindi and English, Verbal communication
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A calm under pressure, patient attitude

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
