A new Loan Sales Executive role is open at Avnialina Management Consultants Private Limited, Karkardooma, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹44,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

Pitch Offers To Generate Qualified Leads, Collect And Update Customer Details, And Understand Requirements Through Effective Questioning And Active Listening. Candidate Must Have Strong Communication Skills, Confidence In Customer Handling, And Experience In Cold. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹44,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with CRM tools, Hindi and English, Typing speed, Verbal communication
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
