Must Have Experience In Loan/Overdraft Telesales. Handling The Clients And The Leads Generated By Calling Following Up With The Clients Regarding Their Case And Other Procedures. Resolving Queries And Issues Related To The Products And Services. Must Have Experience In Cold Calling. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Preferred Experience In : Loan

What the job involves

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.

Salary

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Skills: Loan
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Loan
