Resolving Queries And Issues Related To The Products And Services. Must Have Experience In Team Handling As Well As Cold Calling. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Loan Sales Manager, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Active listening, Verbal communication, Complaint handling and CRM tools
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are patient and customer-first

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹26,000 – ₹60,000 per month.
