Team Handling. Must Have Experience In Loan/Overdraft Tele Sales. Handling The Clients And The Leads Generated By The Team. Following Up With The Clients Regarding Their Case And Other Procedures. Resolving Queries And Issues Related To The Products And Services. Must Have Experience In Team Handling As Well As Cold Calling.

What the job involves

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹24,000 – ₹54,000 per month.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Hindi and English, CRM tools, Active listening, Verbal communication
• Basic English
