Achieve Individual And Team Sales Targets. Must Have Experience In Loan/Overdraft Telesales. Handling The Clients And The Leads Generated By The Team. Following Up With The Clients Regarding Their Case And Other Procedures. Resolving Queries And Issues Related To The Products And Services. Must Have Experience In Team Handling As Well As Cold Call.

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of CRM tools, Typing speed, Complaint handling and Active listening
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A calm under pressure, polite attitude

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹48,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
