Must Have Experience In Team Handling As Well As Cold Call. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of CRM tools, Verbal communication, Active listening and Hindi and English
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are polite and customer-first

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹26,000 – ₹52,000 per month.
