Monitor Targets, Track Results, And Prepare Reports. Resolve Customer Queries, Ensure Satisfaction, Drive Conversions, And Coordinate Smooth Processing.

The salary for this role is ₹24,000 – ₹36,000 per month.

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Verbal communication, Hindi and English, Complaint handling, CRM tools
• Basic English

Your responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
