Resolving Queries And Issues Related To The Products And Services. Must Have Experience In Team Handling As Well As Cold Calling. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Verbal communication, CRM tools, Typing speed and Hindi and English
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone polite and patient

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹65,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
