Avnialina Management Consultants Private Limited is looking for a Loan Sales Team Leader to join its team in Karkardooma, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹75,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

Your responsibilities

As a Loan Sales Team Leader, your work will include:

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You will prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• You'll achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report

Compensation

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹75,000 per month.
