Team Handling. Must Have Experience In Personal Loan/Overdraft Tele Sales. Handling The Clients And The Leads Generated By The Team. Following Up With The Clients Regarding Their Case And Other Procedures. Resolving Queries And Issues Related To The Products And Services. Must Have Experience In Team Handling As Well As Cold Calling.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

What you get

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Active listening, Hindi and English, Typing speed and Complaint handling
