• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, Typing speed, Hindi and English and Verbal communication

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
