What you will do

As a Loan Telecaller, your work will include:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Skills and qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with CRM tools, Active listening, Complaint handling, Typing speed
• Basic English

• A calm under pressure, polite attitude
