Must Have Experience In Loan/Overdraft Telesales. Handling The Clients And The Leads Generated By Calling Following Up With The Clients Regarding Their Case And Other Procedures. Resolving Queries And Issues Related To The Products And Services. Must Have Experience In Cold Calling. Languages : English, Hindi

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹14,000 – ₹46,000 per month.
