• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with CRM tools, Hindi and English, Complaint handling, Active listening
• Basic English

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹26,000 per month.
