Avnialina Management Consultants Private Limited is looking for a Personal Loan Sales to join its team in Karkardooma, Delhi. You can earn up to ₹30,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role. Freshers can apply.

Must Have Experience In Loan/Overdraft Telesales. Handling The Clients And The Leads Generated By Calling Following Up With The Clients Regarding Their Case And Other Procedures. Resolving Queries And Issue Related To The Products And Services .Asking Questions To The Customer And Understanding Their Specification. Must Have Cold Calling Experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

• Skills: Complaint handling, Typing speed, Hindi and English, Active listening
