Team Handling. Must Have Experience In Loan/Overdraft Telesales. Handling The Clients And The Leads Generated By The Team. Following Up With The Clients Regarding Their Case And Other Procedures. Resolving Queries And Issues Related To The Products And Services. Must Have Experience In Team Handling As Well As Cold Calling. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹27,000 – ₹42,000 per month.

What the job involves

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Hindi and English, Complaint handling, Active listening, Typing speed
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
