Following Up With The Clients Regarding Their Case And Other Procedures. Resolving Queries And Issues Related To The Products And Services. Must Have Experience In Team Handling As Well Cold Calling.

Salary

Salary: ₹25,500 – ₹52,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Verbal communication, CRM tools, Hindi and English, Complaint handling
• Basic English

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
