Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Complaint handling, Hindi and English, Verbal communication, CRM tools
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A customer-first, polite attitude

Key responsibilities

• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

Salary

You will be paid ₹32,000 – ₹52,000 per month.
