Generate Sales By Making Outbound Calls For Personal Loan And Overdraft Products. Educate Customers About Product Features And Offers, Qualify Leads, Maintain Customer Data, And Build Strong Customer Relationships Through Effective Communication.

Day-to-day work

As a Personal Loan Telecaller, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Eligibility

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Hindi and English, Active listening, Typing speed and Verbal communication
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are calm under pressure and polite
