Must Have Cold Calling. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹22,000 – ₹55,000 per month.

What the job involves

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with CRM tools, Active listening, Typing speed, Verbal communication
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone calm under pressure and customer-first
