You will be paid ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Hindi and English, CRM tools, Verbal communication and Typing speed
