Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹43,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, Hindi and English, Active listening and CRM tools
• Basic English

• Someone customer-first and calm under pressure

What you will do

• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
