Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Hindi and English, CRM tools, Typing speed and Verbal communication
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A polite, calm under pressure attitude

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹80,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

As a Team Leader Loan, your work will include:

• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
