Manage Leads And Ensure Timely Follow-Ups. Handle Loan/Overdraft Telesales, Including Cold Calling And Conversions. Lead And Support The Team To Improve Performance. Monitor Targets, Track Results, And Prepare Reports. Resolve Customer Queries, Ensure Satisfaction, Drive Conversions, And Coordinate Smooth Processing.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Typing speed, CRM tools, Verbal communication, Complaint handling
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone polite and patient

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month.
