Manage Leads And Ensure Timely Follow-Ups. Handle Loan/Overdraft Telesales, Including Cold Calling And Conversions. Lead And Support The Team To Improve Performance. Monitor Targets, Track Results, And Prepare Reports. Resolve Customer Queries, Ensure Satisfaction, Drive Conversions, And Coordinate Smooth Processing. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Complaint handling, Hindi and English, Active listening, Verbal communication
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹32,000 – ₹65,000 per month.
