Day-to-day work

As a Team Leader Loan Sales, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹32,000 – ₹55,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Active listening, Typing speed, Verbal communication, Hindi and English
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A customer-first, polite attitude
