Manage Client Interactions And Handle Leads Generated Through Calling.Follow Up With Clients On Their Cases & Required Processes.Must Have Experience In Loan & Overdraft Telesales.Achieve Daily & Monthly Sales Targets Through Consistent Follow-Ups.Coordinate With Internal Teams For Faster Case Processing.Prior Experience In Cold Calling Is Required. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Complaint handling, CRM tools, Hindi and English, Verbal communication
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone customer-first and polite

Roles and responsibilities

• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹42,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
