Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with CRM tools, Verbal communication, Typing speed, Complaint handling
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹34,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
