What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Skills and qualifications

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Complaint handling, Verbal communication, CRM tools, Active listening
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A polite, patient attitude

Salary

Salary: ₹15,500 – ₹31,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
