Salary

Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹9,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Comfortable with Hindi and English, Active listening, Verbal communication, Complaint handling
• Basic English
