What you will do

In this role, you will:

• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Verbal communication, Hindi and English, Complaint handling and Typing speed
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
