Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

As a Telecalling, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Candidate profile

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Verbal communication, CRM tools, Active listening, Hindi and English
• Basic English
