Compensation

Salary: ₹14,500 – ₹26,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Complaint handling, Hindi and English, Active listening, Verbal communication
• Basic English
