What you will do

• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Who can apply

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Typing speed, Hindi and English, CRM tools and Active listening
• Basic English

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,001 – ₹32,001 per month, based on skills and experience.
