Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹16,500 – ₹24,500 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Verbal communication, Hindi and English, Typing speed, CRM tools
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A calm under pressure, polite attitude
