Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹38,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, Hindi and English, Typing speed and Verbal communication
