Manage Client Interactions And Handle Leads Generated Through Calling.Follow Up With Clients On Their Cases & Required Processes.Must Have Experience In Loan & Overdraft Telesales.Achieve Daily & Monthly Sales Targets Through Consistent Follow-Ups.Coordinate With Internal Teams For Faster Case Processing.Prior Experience In Cold Calling Is Required.

Day-to-day work

• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Typing speed, Hindi and English, Complaint handling and CRM tools
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are calm under pressure and customer-first

Compensation

Compensation: ₹16,000 – ₹33,000 per month.
