What you will do

As a Branch Client Relations Specialist, your work will include:

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• You'll manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹19,000 – ₹65,000 per month.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: KYC, Customer acquisition, MS Excel, Financial products
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
