Monitor Industry Trends And Ensure Compliance With Labor Laws. Also We Preference For Those Candidates Who Has Ayurvedic Medicine Experience. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Payroll, HRMS, Screening and Labour law basics
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

What you get

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
